Hi, I'm Sarah Potter
I’ve never fit into a box. So I stopped trying.
I’ve spent my life working between worlds, strategic and soulful, polished and messy, deeply intuitive and wildly ambitious.
I’ve been the high-achieving woman holding it together on the outside while battling PMDD, emotional intensity, burnout, and the weight of “what’s wrong with me?” on the inside.
For years, I thought I had to choose:
Healing or success. Sensitivity or power. Strategy or soul.
But real power comes from integration — and so does my work.
Along the way, while working and volunteering in communications leadership roles I trained in tools that helped make a difference: Hypnotherapy. Cycle awareness. Feminine leadership. Soul-led strategy.
I combine those with my background in strategic communications to weave powerful campaigns, stories, and coaching journeys from the root of living it.
I’m not a practitioner who studied this in a vacuum. I’m a woman with a body of work shaped by fire, softness, and everything in between.
